Jim resides in Woodstock, GA with his wife Leslie, 3 children (Reagan, James IV, and McKinley) and 2 spastic dogs (Spike & Bailey). After joining the company out of The University of Georgia in 1999, Jim took on a sales position at Tape-Pak that has eventually led to his role as Managing Partner and Owner of the company (although he will still tell you he’s still just a salesman). Jim still sees everyday as an opportunity to learn something new in the business and instills this in his team. He considers his work team to an extension of his family! “Tape-Pak understands that there is an ever-evolving requirement to be out in front of the new challenges in our industry and assist our distribution partners in taking on those challenges.” When Jim is away from Tape-Pak he enjoys attending Braves Baseball and UGA Football games with his kids and a nice evening out with his wife, unless of course they are entertaining a crowd and he is conquering all the food on the grill!

Sharmon is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 23 years of experience with Tape-Pak.
She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers.
Skilled in creating and implementing sales-marketing goals designed for each project that is in front of her.

When she is not working, she enjoys riding her horses, fishing, boating, Saints football, new adventures and most importantly spending time with her family on the farm.

With 15+ years of experience representing manufactures’ Tony continues to help grow Tape-Pak and our partners to new heights. As Sales Manager and an admitted life-long learner, Tony continuously “learns from counterparts, manufacturers and customers,” then applies his insights in unique ways to improve business for everyone. Recognized by colleagues and clients alike as an indisputable expert in all things “tape and packaging”, when Tony’s not crossing Georgia, Alabama and The Carolina’s to help our partners, this Atlanta native loves spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and being an active member of his community.

After a long career with AT&T, Diana was ready to leverage her management skills at a company that could provide her more flexibility than her previous role. That was almost eighteen years ago when Diana joined the Tape-Pak team. Today, Diana is one of two Sales and Marketing Coordinators who support our customers, as well as our sales team, assisting with order processing, sales and service needs. Working closely with both sides to solve challenges and support customer success is what Diana enjoys most. Outside of the office, she enjoys bowling, traveling, and just about anything that involves being on a boat or on the water.

Intrigued by the industry, and impressed with Tape-Pak’s performance, Terri joined the team in early 2015 as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, bringing a passion for service representative of the heart of Tape-Pak. Today, Terri does more than her title implies; she supports our customers, as well as our sales team, assisting with new product lines, order processing, and service needs. It’s obvious that helping others is a favorite part of her role, and she takes every opportunity to learn the latest industry trends and product advancements. Outside of the office Terri is all things children! She loves spending time with and pouring into the lives of her 5 grandchildren as well as teaching the children at her church, and teaching teens through a local non-profit.

Our newest member to join the Tape-Pak family. Allison has always had interest in being a part of a growing company so when the opportunity came about – Tape-Pak was the ideal fit. In this role, Allison serves our outside sales team with the critical support
needed by providing all aspects of customer support, including streamlining daily operations and customer satisfaction. A big
believer in our products, Allison supports the company’s vision.

Allison works collaboratively with consumers to achieve and maintain quality products, financial viability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. Outside the office, if Allison isn’t spending time at the beach or rooting on her favorite football team (GO DAWGS!!), Allison likes to keep it simple; spending time with her friends and family and most of all, her pup Huckleberry.

I am a born and raised Upstate NY girl. After college in Buffalo, NY, I moved to Charleston, SC. I stayed there until I planted roots in
Charlotte, NC in 1998. I have two children that keep me on my toes. My son is 19, and my beautiful daughter is nearly 17. I like to stay active so when the time fits, you can find me riding a trail on my bike, running the greenway with my dog, or paddling my SUP on Lake Norman. I started in the packaging industry in 2004, working for a distribution company. My role began as inside customer service and accounts receivable and graduated to Office Manager. After six years, I changed distribution companies but stayed local. With the next company came new opportunities. I soon found myself as Vice President of Operations not only over the distribution arm but also the converting division. With this role, it rounded out my experience from customer service, accounting, sales, procurement, inventory control, logistics, light manufacturing, and sales. I am extremely excited to be a member of the Tape-Pak family.

Founder of Tape-Pak, Mr. Joe DeSanctis has been at the helm and has provided executive oversight of the company’s administration and growth for more than four decades. His unique gift for thinking outside the box and passion for building new business has driven Tape Pak to the successful business that it is today. Over the 40+ years, Joe has been recognized as the top sales representative by many manufacturers, and received numerous industry awards for sales leadership. He has also had a hand in product development and has a top notch knowledge of the tape industry. Aside from his achievements within the business, Joe has always excelled in seeing the best in people and treated them with the utmost respect and generosity, his heart is truly made of gold! Today Joe serves as a consultant to the organization and more importantly counsel to the team he has built over the years. He resides in Venice, FL with his wife Cecelia where they enjoy biking, boating and all the things Florida has to offer.
