Primetac’s name has changed, but this is not an ownership change. Primetac is now part of Adherex – a newly formed company that has brought together leading tape technology bands to deliver high-performance adhesion technologies, specialty-engineered solutions, and greater value to packaging distributors and OEMs nationwide. 

We will begin using the Adherex name in the marketplace immediately and the official transition of our name will take place over the next 90 to 120 days.
